Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic is one of the most iconic brands in the travel space. As VP Marketing, I led the development of the brand in the USA and achieved year on year revenue growth across digital, CRM and B2B. I was responsible for innovative consumer campaigns like 'Business is an Adventure', developed and implemented a new loyalty strategy and pioneered content marketing - including making the first ever movie filmed at 30,000 feet!

VisitBritain

Tourism is one of the UK's biggest industries and marketing a vibrant Britain brand internationally is vital to its growth. I led multi-national teams in both Scandinavia and then the Americas regions and led the transformation from a traditional tourist board to a digitally enabled, consumer focused organization. The result - innovative market based strategies and highly effective marketing and PR campaigns on a small budget.

Let's Go Rangers!

I didn't know much about hockey - then I discovered the Rangers - what a brand! I was hired to bring a fan first focus to this 90 year old institution. I led a brand repositioning and introduced the 'Together We Are Rangerstown' campaign. We also re-imagined the season ticket holder program, and introduced loyalty concepts from other industries to drive great value and engagement among fans.

New York Knicks

For many the expression of being a true New Yorker! I managed all marketing and communications for the Knicks brand including advertising, fan communications, brand strategy and ticket marketing. Like the Rangers, we brought a new approach to season ticket membership and introduced new game packages supported by digital campaigns.

The Radio City Rockettes

An iconic brand in the US entertainment history, our challenge with The Rockettes was to keep the brand fresh and relevant to today's consumer and meet ambitious tickets goals for both the summer and Christmas show. I led a team that re-imagined the brand around the emotionally charged idea of 'Make Time for Joy'. The campaign achieved record attendance numbers and created a platform for a new level of digital engagement.

New York University

Since 2013, I've been honored to be an Adjunct Professor in both the Tisch School of Hospitality and Tourism and the Division for Programs in Business. I develop and teach Masters programs in Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing, New Media and Distribution and Customer Relationship Management.

Association of National Advertisers

As a member of the ANA faculty I work with a wide range of brands across many sectors in the US. I offer programs on Brand Management, Integrated Planning and Execution and Brand Activations, which focused on how to bring your brand to life through non-traditional marketing including experiential and content.
